BBC Children in Need – ‘Sing’

On Friday 15th of November some of our Year 5 and 6 girls were part of a very special singing performance for Children in Need.

They have been practising Gary Barlow’s song, ‘Sing’, for the last couple of months and on Friday they came together with other schools in Manchester to perform it live on air, with over 1,500 other children around the country.

Here are a selection of photos from the night:

If you missed our 5 minutes of fame on the night, here is a video of the Manchester choir rehearsing before the main event.

Click on the following link to see their final performance: http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/p01lnnp3

The children sang their hearts out, thoroughly enjoyed themselves and were excellent role models representing Barlow Hall. It will be an experience they will cherish forever, and all for a great cause.
